A delicious mango Greek yogurt, flavored with fresh Mango puree and honey that makes for a refreshing and healthy breakfast or evening snack. If you don’t have access to fresh mango puree, frozen and thawed works just as well.
- 1/2 cup chopped Mango
- 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Honey ((optional))
- Add honey and mangoes to a blender and blend till smooth.
- Mix together yogurt and mango puree. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Top with mango slices or nuts before serving.
