Seven recipes which are a must-try for your game day party. These dishes are sure to make you a star host among your guests.

We saw a smashing IPL Cricket Match yesterday. Jostled through sweaty crowds, got drenched in the rain, ate shitty food and drank flat soda. All in all, we had a great time. We Indians love our cricket and it’s cricket season all year around. First it was the World Cup series and now there’s the Indian Premier League and next I’m sure, there’ll be something else. And where there’s cricket, there’s food (read:chips). I’m here to tell you chips – MOVE ON. Make way for these 7 must-try game day party recipes. That also involve chips. Sorta. Err.

1. Chili Chocolate Covered Chips

Who needs chips when you have chocolate covered ones? It’s true what they say about these – You just can’t stop at one.

2. Garlicky Yogurt Party Dip

This is the king of all dips – healthy, tart, garlicky and can be served with your choice of veggies or fried stuff. So choose what get’s your mojo on and your hands dirty because you are gonna be lickin’ that dip-goodness off your fingers.

3. Mangalorean Fish Fry

This party food is healthy and quick so you don’t have to toil away at the stove while your guests are having fun. Spicy, masala fish – just the way we like it!

4. Kolkata Street Style Chicken Roll from Not Out Of The Box

Learn how to make these street style chicken rolls which will remind you of Kolkata. Piping hot, juicy chicken curry wrapped in crisp roti are so easy to serve too – no plates to clean afterwards.

5. Cheese Samosas by Indu Gets Cooking

Stringy mozzarella cheese stuffed in these piping hot samosas will get any party going.Dig into these bite-sized samosas with some coriander chutney or your favorite marinara sauce.

6. Baked Sticky Chicken Wings

No game day party can be complete without some baked chicken wings. These are a must-have party staple, made healthier with this recipe. So get some finger-lickin’ goodness!

7. Boozy Chocolate Ice-Cream

How can we end a party without dessert? This chocolatey-chocolate ice cream laced (heavily) with Baileys will get your guests grooving even after the party is over. Just 5 ingredients and a blender is all it takes.
