Golden Turmeric Milk or Haldi Doodh is a powerful Ayurvedic Indian drink with medicinal properties. It’s a great immunity booster when suffering from cold, cough, sore throat, headaches, joint aches etc.


  • 1 cup Whole milk (Or Coconut / Soy / Almond)
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric (Powder or Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (Ground or Pepper Powder, reduce it to a pinch if you prefer less spicy)


  1. Mix together all the ingredients in pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Simmer for a minute or so and switch off the flame.
  3. Sip slowly while still hot.
