Tall Mango Jalapeno Fizzy Cocktail is a super fun and refreshing brunch drink which combines the sweetness of mangoes with a spicy kick from Jalapenos.
- 75 ml White Rum
- 3 Jalapeno (slices)
- 150 ml Mango (Juice)
- 30 ml Syrup (Simple)
- Water (Sparkling)
- Steep the Jalapeno slices in White Rum for at least an hour.
- Add flavored rum to a tall glass, stir in mango juice and simple syrup.
- Add ice and top it up with sparkling water.
To make simple syrup, mix equal quantities of water and sugar. Heat on a slow flame till the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool down completely before using.
The longer you steep the Jalapenos, the spicier the drink is going to get, which is not always a bad thing 😉
You could also add some sugar directly to the Mango juice to avoid using simple syrup completely.
