Boil noodles along with salt and oil till al dente

Soak dry red chilli and garlic in hot water until soft

Blend the chilli and garlic into a coarse paste

Sauté garlic and red chilli paste in oil over high flame

Add all the vegetables and sauté over high flame

Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and sauté well

Add boiled noodles and toss to combine

Mix well and garnish with spring onion and serve!
