Simple, healthy strawberry banana coconut smoothie made with fresh fruits for a great start to your day! This breakfast smoothie is vegan, whole30 and paleo.
- 3 cups fresh Strawberries (top removed)
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- Take off the top of the strawberries and peel the banana. Put everything in a blender along with a few ice cubes if your fruits are not cold, and blend till smooth. Taste and add a sweetener if you like, but I didn’t feel the need. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Feel free to add chia seeds or your favourite nut to the smoothie while blending.
You can also substitute coconut milk for coconut water if you want.
