Cocktails can't get simpler than this. A combination of cucumber, chili and gin makes a refreshing drink during warm summer months.

Ingredients

  • cup Gin
  • 1 Cucumber , de - seeded and sliced lengthwise
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Pinch Chili Flakes
  • cup Soda or Sparkling Water

Instructions

  • In a jar or shaker, add gin, cucumber, lime juice and chili flakes. Shake well.
  • Top with soda and ice cubes.
  • Serve alongside cucumber slices sprinkled with sea salt and chili flakes
