Cocktails can't get simpler than this. A combination of cucumber, chili and gin makes a refreshing drink during warm summer months.

- ⅓ cup Gin
- 1 Cucumber , de - seeded and sliced lengthwise
- Dash of lime juice
- Pinch Chili Flakes
- ⅔ cup Soda or Sparkling Water
In a jar or shaker, add gin, cucumber, lime juice and chili flakes. Shake well.
Top with soda and ice cubes.
Serve alongside cucumber slices sprinkled with sea salt and chili flakes
