It's a myth that Greek yogurt should always be sweetly flavored. This mint coriander Greek Yogurt packs a ton of flavor and is a light take on mint coriander raita. It's delicious as a snack and can even be used as a dip for crackers, veggie sticks or had as is.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Mint leaves fresh
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt unsweetened and plain
  • ¼ teaspoon Rock Salt
  • 1 pinch Cumin Powder

Instructions

  • Use a pestle and mortar to pound coriander and mint into a chunky paste. Mix together this paste, Greek yogurt, rock salt and cumin powder. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
