Pudina Chaas or Mint Chaas

Super refreshing, this pudina chaas is extremely cooling in nature and has a herby, fresh flavour from mint. Takes minutes to put together and can be enjoyed every day in the summer

  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 ½ Cup Water
  • Cup Mint
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Inch Piece Ginger
  • ¼ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground


  • Blend together curd, water, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and black pepper. on high until well blended and frothy.
  • Season with more salt if necessary. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
