Cut paneer

For the regular paneer pakoras: Mix all the masala ingredients to make a dry mix and add cubed paneer

To make stuffed paneer pakoras: Cut the paneer into triangles

Spread some chutney on one slice and place another triangle on top to make a sandwich.

For the pakoda batter add the besan, rice flour, chilli powder, hing, salt, ginger garlic paste, baking soda and mix well.

Add water little by little to make a thick but runny batter.

Dip the prepared paneer (marinated and/or sandwiched) into the batter

Drop them into the hot oil and fry till it is golden brown

Remove from the kadai and place on a paper towel. Serve hot.

For the chutney: Add mint, coriander cumin, chilli, salt in a blender jar

Blend and its ready. Serve the pakoras with this chutney
