HOMEMADE

Melt Butter, Sugar and Water in a pot to start making Churros batter

Add Flour and mix really well till there are no lumps

Keep mixing and cooking the mixture for 8-9 minutes to cook off some of the liquid. Finally, it should be smooth

Add eggs one by one, mixing after each addition till they are fully combined

Add vanilla extract and mix well till you have a nice, smooth batter. It should be thick and gummy

Use a double piping bag and 1M nozzle to pipe churros into hot oil

Keep snipping off the batter with a scissor while piping batter into oil

Fry on a medium flame till all the churros are golden brown, flipping gently in between

Fried Churros are ready!!

Toss the churros in cinnamon sugar and enjoy them hot!
