  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat airfryer to 140C.
  • Place eggs in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each egg. Air fry at 140C for 8 minutes for soft boiled eggs and air fry at 140C for 11 minutes for hard boiled eggs.

  • While eggs cook, prepare the ice bath by filling a medium bowl with ice cold water until the bowl is ¾ filled.
  • After airfrying for the exactly mentioned minutes, remove the eggs from the airfryer and set them in the ice bath for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Take it out of water, gently crack, peel & serve.

Notes

  1. Setting in ice bath is important for the perfect texture for the eggs.
  2. Leftover boiled eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
