Preheat airfryer to 140C.
Place eggs in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each egg. Air fry at 140C for 8 minutes for soft boiled eggs and air fry at 140C for 11 minutes for hard boiled eggs.

While eggs cook, prepare the ice bath by filling a medium bowl with ice cold water until the bowl is ¾ filled.
After airfrying for the exactly mentioned minutes, remove the eggs from the airfryer and set them in the ice bath for about 4-5 minutes.
Take it out of water, gently crack, peel & serve.
- Setting in ice bath is important for the perfect texture for the eggs.
- Leftover boiled eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
