Hey there! I’m Richa and I run My Food Story with my husband Denver from Bangalore, India. I’ve been cooking since I was 7 years old and have learnt everything from my mum who is the best cook I know!
I started My Food Story to help people make fun, tasty and easy dishes at home. I believe that the healthiest food you eat is the one made in your own kitchen - even when its deep fried!
Which is why I bring you recipes from India and around the world and make them approachable so that you can recreate them in YOUR kitchen.
With a two year old toddler running around, I never have enough time in my day. Which is why all my recipes are:
EASY to prep and cook. Mostly 30 to 45 minutes so that you can have a meal on the table before anybody gets HANGRY
SIMPLE because that’s how I like my cooking. Having said that, I do like some weekend projects where I can experiment and spend more time and I share those with you as well
TRIED & TESTED because nobody likes to spend time on a recipe that fails. We test all our recipes multiple times till we are sure they work
