Air Fryer Paneer Popcorn

Paneer marinade
- 200 gms paneer cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 3 teaspoons schezwan sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons tomato ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
Add all ingredients for marinade except paneer to a bowl, whisk them to combine well. add paneer cubes to the bowl and mix them well till they are well coated.

Preheat the airfryer at 180 C.
Gently roll each paneer cube in bread crumbs till they are well coated.
200 gms paneer, ½ cup bread crumbs
Brush the airfryer tray with oil, place the coated paneer cubes, gently brush or drizzle oil on paneer cubes.
2 teaspoons cooking oil
Air fry at 180C for 4 minutes till they turn golden brown and crisp.
Serve them immediately as they stay crispy as soon as they are made.
- Cut the paneer into uniform pieces to ensure even frying.
- Avoid overcrowding and make sure that there is a gap in between the paneer cubes.
- The exact air frying time might vary depending on your airfryer.
