Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute for a few seconds till fragrant.
1 tablespoon olive oil or any neutral cooking oil, 2-3 cloves garlic
Add mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes till they are cooked.

Add all purpose flour and saute continuously for a minute till the rawness goes. Do not over fry the flour as it will turn bitter.

Add milk and whisk continuously for 2-3 minutes till it's incorporated and cooked well.

Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, cook for 1-2 minutes and take off the heat. Set aside to cool.

Preheat airfryer at 190C. (refer notes 1, 2)
Slice french bread into 2 vertically. Spread the pizza filling well on either sides of the bread, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add olives.
½ loaf of french bread, ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons black olives sliced
Place the bread slices in the air fryer with the filling side facing up and air fry at 190C for 3-4 minutes till cheese melts and bread turns crisp. Cooking times may vary depending on the brand of your air fryer, so check frequently to ensure that it does not get burnt.
Cut them horizontally into serving size slices and serve.
