Chocolate Makhana Bark
Cruchy, cripsy, and super easy to make, this makhana chocolate bark is so delicious and addictive that you'll always keep a jar in your fridge.

- 2 cups makhana approx. 40 grams
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 60 grams milk chocolate
- 40 grams dark chocolate
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sunflower or any neutral cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder optional
Take makhana in an airfryer safe container, add butter and mix well. Air fry at 170C for 6 minutes till it's mildly roasted.
Cut out a parchment paper with diameter 10 inches and grease with oil on one of the sides.
Place chocolate on top of the roasted makhana and air fry at 170C for 2 minutes till the chocolate melts. Add sugar, mix well so the makhana is coated with chocolate & sugar.
Transfer the mix to the greased parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, peel off the parchment paper from the chocolate bark, transfer to a plate, dust with cocoa powder and serve.
