Pudina Chaas or Mint Chaas
Super refreshing, this pudina chaas is extremely cooling in nature and has a herby, fresh flavour from mint. Takes minutes to put together and can be enjoyed every day in the summer

- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 ½ Cup Water
- ⅓ Cup Mint
- 1 Green Chilli
- ½ Inch Piece Ginger
- ¼ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Blend together curd, water, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and black pepper. on high until well blended and frothy.
Season with more salt if necessary. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
