Sparkling Cucumber Chili Gin: A Summer Cocktail

- 1/3 cup Gin
- 1 Cucumber , de - seeded and sliced lengthwise
- Dash of lime juice
- Pinch Chili Flakes
- 2/3 cup Soda or Sparkling Water
In a jar or shaker, add gin, cucumber, lime juice and chili flakes. Shake well.
Top with soda and ice cubes.
Serve alongside cucumber slices sprinkled with sea salt and chili flakes
