Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough homemade or store-bought, makes 3 x 6-inch round
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Bell Pepper cut into thin round slices
  • Cup thinly sliced Mushroom
  • ¼ Cup sliced Jalapeño
  • ½ Cup Pizza Sauce
  • ½ - ¾ Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons thinly sliced Basil Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour

Instructions

  • Divide the dough into three parts. This will make approx three 6-inch pizzas at ¼ inch thickness.
  • Form the dough into a ball, dust it with some dry flour and roll it out.
  • Place the rolled-out pizza dough on a parchment paper sheet and prick it with a fork.
  • Transfer to a pre-heated air fryer and bake for 2 minutes on each side at 180C
  • Repeat this step for the remaining dough. You can store these pre-baked pizza bases in the freezer for up to two weeks when stored in an air-tight zip-lock bag.
  • Spread some pizza sauce on top of the base, add your toppings and grated cheese.
  • Brush with olive oil around the edges and transfer back into the air fryer basket. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 170C or till the cheese has melted and the base is slightly crisp. Serve immediately. Repeat with the remaining dough.
