Cheese and Egg Maggi

With just four ingredients this Cheese and Egg Maggi is really simple to make. And a huge favorite because it's super cheesy and has bits of scrambled eggs in every bite!

Ingredients

  • 2 pack Maggi two noodle cakes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheese
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves for garnish, optional
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper optional
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt optional

Instructions

  • Boil 2 1/2 cups water in a pan and add Maggi Noodles, Tastemaker and chopped green chilli. Simmer for two minutes till the Maggi is fully cooked.
  • Meanwhile, beat eggs till frothy. Add this to the Maggi once the maggi is cooked and cook till the eggs cook through and are scrambled, about a minute. Add salt and pepper, if adding, and mix. Top with cheese and mix.
  • Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
