Boil noodles in salted water for a minute less than what's mentioned on the packet. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool them down and set aside.
300 g Noodles
Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce and ketchup and set aside.
2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup
Heat oil in a wok or pan and garlic, cabbage and spring onion whites. Saute on high for a minute or two and add sugar and a tablespoon of the sauce. Saute again.
2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cups sliced cabbage, 2 tbsp spring onion whites only, ½ tsp sugar, 6 garlic cloves
Add prawns, another tablespoon of the sauce and saute for 2 minutes.
400 g peeled and deveined prawns
Add noodles, the remaining sauce, chilli oil, salt and pepper and toss really well for 2 minutes.
1.5 tsp chilli oil, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper
Top with spring onion greens and serve.
