Chinese Maggi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pack Maggi Noodles 1 noodle cake
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch Ginger julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Spring Onions white part (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Carrots thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions green part (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum sliced
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Cook Maggi according to package instructions in 2 cups of water without the tastemaker. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic. Saute on high flame for a minute and add spring onions, carrots and capsicum.
  • Stir fry for a minute and add soy sauce and ketchup. Mix to combine. Add the tastemaker, salt and pepper powder and mix. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix.
  • Add the maggi noodles and toss well. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame. Serve immediately.
