Ingredients

  • 150 gms grated paneer 1 cup
  • 6 tablespoons milk ¼ cup + 2 tbsp
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder + for dusting optional
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cup milk chocolate 70 gms

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave for 30-45 seconds & set aside to cool. Microwave in 15 second increments because chocolate burns easily.
    ⅓ cup milk chocolate
  • In a blender, combine grated paneer, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, honey and melted chocolate.
150 gms grated paneer, 6 tablespoons milk, 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder + for dusting, ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 1 tablespoon honey
  • Blend the mixture until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture in a bowl & refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight to set.
  • Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  1. Use good quality cocoa powder & chocolate for that intense chocolate flavour.
  2. You can easily replace milk chocolate with semi-sweet chocolate.
  3. Make sure to cool the chocolate completely before adding it to the blender.
  4. Store in an airtight container & keep refrigerated for up to a week.
