Frequently Asked Questions

What is the healthiest way to eat fish?

Steaming, poaching or baking is the healthiest way to eat fish. All of these methods none to very little oil, while keeping the nutrients intact to a great extent.

Is frozen or fresh fish better for cooking?

I personally prefer frozen fish as I don’t live near a coast and frozen fish is better in terms of retaining their nutrients. Both frozen and fish work really well in most fish recipes. And what to use totally depends on your preference and availability.
