Top Tips To Make The Best Cocktail
- This recipe is more a guide, so feel free to adjust the alcohol, mango juice or simple syrup contents according to your preferences.
- To make simple syrup, mix equal quantities of water and sugar and heat on a slow flame till the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool down completely before using.
- Don't skimp on steeping the jalapenos in rum, as that is what is responsible for the spiciness in the drink. The longer you steep the jalapenos, the spicier your drink will be.
- If you don't have the time to make simple syrup, you can also add sugar directly to the mango juice too.
I usually serve this with a side of French fries, chilli chicken dry, or crispy babycorn, and it's always a hit with my friends and family. I have just one recommendation though, don't forget to make extras because this drink disappears fast! Tall Mango Jalapeno Fizzy Cocktail
Ingredients
- 75 ml White Rum
- 3 Jalapeno slices
- 150 ml Mango Juice
- 30 ml Syrup Simple
- Water Sparkling
Instructions
- Steep the Jalapeno slices in White Rum for at least an hour.
- Add flavored rum to a tall glass, stir in mango juice and simple syrup.
- Add ice and top it up with sparkling water.
