Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which is the best mango for this recipe?

I have used mango puree of alphonso mangoes as it is really sweet and not as fibrous as other mango varities. However, feel free to use any sweet-fleshed mango available to you. Just make sure it is fully ripe before adding it to the dip.

2. What to serve with this mango mustard dipping sauce?

We’ve been dipping chicken tenders, wings, fish fingers, chips, fries and all kinds of 12 AM comfort food in this sauce.

3. Can I make this recipe vegan?

Absolutely! Simply replace the mayo with coconut cream or thick coconut milk for a vegan substitute. The taste will change slightly, but it will still be really delicious.
