    Hi Richa,
Thank you for this super easy recipe. Especially when you are out of veggies. And, ‘what for dinner’ is a BIG question?
I never thought that sausage curry would taste this amazing and deli.
The fennel seeds worked wonders in this curry.
I AM A FAN! Thank you, Richa for all that you do to make cooking an experimental yet fun experience.

    1. Hey Maya, its just as the instructions say. Add oil in a pot or pan and add sausages and water. As the water evaporates the sausages cook and caramelise which gives them a nice brown sear on all sides. I hope that makes it clearer.
