These sticky chicken wings make for a drool worthy appetizer and the sweet and sour sauce drizzled on top of the wings leaves absolutely no room for regret! These crispy and addictive pieces of heaven are best enjoyed with a beer glass by your side and are super easy to make!
I ordered a weighing scale today. And made these baked sticky chicken wings.
All that food you see on the blog - is made by me and eaten by me. ALL OF IT. Which puts me in a really tough space and is why I need the weighing scale- To kick me in the butt and flash a reality check. And make me use up that gym membership which has been biting the dust. At least I hope it will. The world runs on hope, doesn't it? I felt so bad that I hoped these chicken wings would make me feel better- but did I regret making and eating them? No ways! Where there is good food - it leaves little room for regrets.
We were in wings heaven when we bit into these lovely chicken wings at 5 in the evening and we do believe there's no sorrow great enough that can not be fixed by a good serving of delicious chicken wings. And that glass of beer is the perfect way to wash them down. These are my new favorite snack. Move over you addictive chocolate covered chips. Watch out - you have competition. Or maybe you can both fight for first place. Let's make peace fellas.
For now,I will continue to feel guilty and fat and bite into one more wing, hoping that tomorrow I will head to the gym. But its an endless cycle isn't it? Maybe we can simply burn to eat more. Now that's some motivation, isn't it?
When you make them and I know you will (Don't forget the beer, thank me later!) , I’d love to know what you thought about it and how they turned out for you. Connect with me on Facebook and Twitter.

Hey Richa,
Just wondering where you bought your rice wine vinegar from. I live in Bangalore too, and I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Cheers!

Hey Meghna, I bought mine from Godrej Natures Basket, and you should easily be able to find it there. Alternatively, you can also order it on Amazon.
Baked Jalapeno Poppers with Cottage Cheese - My Food Story says
[…] poppers stuffed with cottage cheese were tested and shot last week. They are even better than the baked sticky chicken wings. This is a case of killing my own, but I’d be lying if I didn’t tell […

Hey Saawni, not really. But you can skip it entirely. The fish sauce gives that additional Umami flavor, but soy sauce will make up for the lack of it.
saawni says
Hey! Is there any substitute for the fish sauce?
