As soon as it starts getting chilly outside, we bring out the soup pots and start stirring together some magic. I’m not a big fan of light, thin soups and want them to be hearty, chunky so that they can double up as a meal for dinner. Who wants to make another thing when you’ve already spent time making one dish amirite?
